Value is found in what you’re given but it is formed by what you give.

In this message Ps Rob discusses the interplay between feeling valued, receiving gifts, and serving. He highlights the idea that value is not only found in what you receive but is also formed by what you give. Rob uses the story of Simon Peter's encounter with Jesus as an example of how receiving a humbling gift can lead to a sense of unworthiness, and yet, the call to serve offers the opportunity to feel valued and become part of something greater than oneself.
